ABOUT

Eyey, welcome to my digital realm
(∩`-´)⊃━☆゚.*・。゚𓆏

My name is Alessio and I am a digital artist and design researcher based between Rotterdam (NL) and Venice (IT).
As an avid explorer of digital technologies and a natural sciences enthusiast, my practice is located at the intersection of the virtual and physical worlds. My work spans 3D modelling and music production, but also material research to push the boundaries of digital fabrication and storytelling towards unknown lands. I hold a MA in Geo—Design at Design Academy of Eindhoven and a BA in Industrial Design and Multimedia at IUAV University of Venice.

↘︎ FROM ONE TO ANOTHER

Generative, Performance

EXHIBITION

2026

From One to Another brings together two sonic installations exploring the material and sonic properties of inanimate matter, from stainless steel to limestone, in a duo exhibition hosted at KIT space. For this duo exhibition, An Amalgam Loop and FEED ME by Charlie Jansen are brought into direct conversation, their soundscapes exchanging and responding to one another. Two feedback loops of self-generated tone, one born from chemical mutation, the other from resonating metal, learning to answer each other's signal.

Generative, Performance

INSTALLATION

2026

An Amalgam Loop: Persistent State is a bridge iteration between two projects; a satellite apparatus that expands the discourse of activeness of inanimate matter towards the concept of memory and dissipation. Based on a simple Python program, the Persistent State module aims to capture ephemereal phenomena by creating a persistent state of data onto physical medium (CD-RW). Explore

PUBLICATION

2024

An interdisciplinary cluster, a process of sedimentation, but also an aggregate with emergent properties - An Amalgam Paradigm is a publication that traces in the boundaries between disciplines the unearthed potential for new ways of understanding the world. In exposing a hierarchical system of understanding reality, the writing proposes a systemic and empathic vision to living and non-living entities.
